The Delta Foundation of Greater Columbus Delta Legends Scholarship is available for qualified, high school graduating seniors in the Central Ohio area. This scholarship was created to honor members of the Columbus (OH) Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. who have made significant impact in our organization. The scholarship is intended to help reduce the cost of college education for deserving students who are members of the 2026 graduating class. Completed, signed applications and all required documents must be submitted by midnight January 19, 2026. Incomplete applications and applications received after January 19, 2026 will not be considered.
This scholarship is a non-renewable scholarship, designated for students enrolling and attending a two- or four-year institution. Upon selection as a recipient, you must submit a copy of the financial aid award letter from the school you will attend, your college ID number, and your fall class schedule before the scholarship check will be disbursed. Students must be enrolled in college full-time for 2026-2027 to receive the scholarship. Please note, this scholarship cannot be deferred to a later year in your college matriculation. The Delta Legends Scholarship is offered by the Delta Foundation of Greater Columbus, a 501(c)3 organization. Children of members of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are welcome to apply.
